Homely
When I first looked around Ashcourt, I was amazed by not just how nice everything looked but how welcoming it felt too. My flat feels homely and relaxing and I have made it into my own home. I love that the rooms have décor to them, it’s the small things that Ashcourt do that help me feel more settled and comfortable. 

Secure
When I showed off my room to my parents, I excitedly told them that Ashcourt feels like a village for students, it really feels like a community. The gated entrance helps me feel safe and secure as well as the security that make rounds during the night. As someone who is sensitive to noises, I find Ashcourt to be perfect for me. My flat is quiet, and my neighbours are respectful as are the others in the community.  

Ideal Location
Ashcourt is also close to the local shops, making it easy to carry those heavy bags of shopping. There’s a bus stop right outside, as well as a convenience store and takeaway. It’s close to the University as well so I get that just that bit more of sleep in the mornings!

Dependable
The staff are all lovely to talk to and have always helped me with a smile on their faces. They’re knowledgeable, kind and dependable, and it helps to know that if I run into any issues that they will help. There’s a line for security and maintenance always open in case of any emergencies, which is always reassuring. 

Ashcourt is a lovely place to live, it’s comfortable, homely, and feels like a community. The staff and students are all lovely and respectful of one another, and Ashcourt really goes the extra mile to help you settle in.
