Community Feel 
One of the things that standouts of living in Ashcourt is the strong sense of community. From the moment I moved in, I felt so welcomed by my housemates and my neighbours. There is always an opportunity to connect with your neighbours. Whether is casual conversations or planning socialising.  Ashcourt offers an inclusive and warm environment. It feels like a close-knit neighbourhood.

Convenient Location 
The location is perfect for me as everything is close to me. Being just a short walk from the University/Local shops/transport, I never feel too far from anything I need. Whether it’s grabbing a coffee, heading to the gym or commuting to the University. This has made my university experience so much more enjoyable and stress free.

Living Space 
 I am super impressed by how the apartments/houses look so sleek and clean. After a long day, there’s nothing better than coming home to a space that feels like it was made just for me and my housemates. Plus, the ensuite in my room is such a bonus!

Security/Maintenance 
 One thing I truly value about living at Ashcourt is the emphasis of safety. As someone who is from London. I was hesitant to move outside from campus due to the concerns on safety. Feeling safe in my house is something I never take for granted and Ashcourt excels in creating a secure environment.  Ashcourts Maintenance service is excellent. Anytime I’ve had an issue, whether it’s a minor fix or something more urgent, the team is always so quickly to respond and resolve the issue!

Overall, living at Ashcourt has been an incredible experience. From the sense of community to the modern amenities, convenient location and responsive maintenance services, its truly a place I’m proud to call home.
